Bought it from bose.com feels super solid. Nothing rattly or cheap, buttons have a nice click to them, and the whole thing just feels well put together. Been using it every day and tossed it in my bag a few times too, still looks basically new. Happy with it so far

The whole thing took around 2 weeks, which felt slow and fast at the same time. Not a perfect experience, but I’d call it fair, and definitely less stressful than I thought it would be.

I’ve been using my Bose headphones for a little over a year now, pretty much every day for work calls and walks, and they’re still going strong. The battery is still solid, no crackling or weird sound issues, and the buttons don’t feel worn out or anything. It’s just refreshing to buy something that keeps working like it should... kind of rare these days.

Used these on a flight and wow. The noise cancelling is seriously good. Barely heard the engines, and people talking around me were way less noticeable too. Battery lasted the whole trip. Really happy with them.

Sound quality is good. No complaints there. But the Bluetooth... yeah, kind of annoying sometimes. One day it connects right away. Next day, it just sits there taking forever. Got my Bose speaker today. setup was quick. Like 10 minutes maybe. The app found it right away. Wi-Fi connected fine too. No weird issues. No drama. I’m not super techy, so that was a nice surprise. Worked on the first try. Happy with it.

I originally bought my bose mostly for listening to music, but the call quality is what really surprised me. People can literally hear me clearly even when I’m walking outside or there’s background noise around.
I use them for work calls almost every day now, and so far there’s been no weird cutting out or muffled voice issues. Super happy with them overall, easy 5 stars from me.

I figured this would charge quickly, and it does. The battery seems to hold up well too, at least from how it’s been acting so far. My only thing is I kind of assumed the cable would be a bit longer, so that was a little annoying

The controls were really simple to figure out, at least for me. I kept expecting there to be some confusing setup or hidden menu I was missing, but the app was clear and I didn’t really have to dig around much. Maybe I’m making too big a deal out of it, but it’s just nice when something works without being a hassle.
